I live in Seattle and the weather has really been holding up to its reputation in these last several days.  During times like these, I think of a few of my favorite things.  I have been daydreaming of Paris lately, and of all the wonderful chocolate boutiques and culinary stores.  These reveries are a great source of inspiration for me, especially as I am in the middle of a very busy chocolate production.
