Seattle Met Magazine
In March of 2009, Seattle Met magazine gathered three samples from local chocolate companies for a taste test, asking for one milk, one dark and one chocolatiers choice.

All of the city’s heavy-hitters submitted entries, but Cadeaux was named the winner in all three categories including Milk Chocolate for my Milk Chocolate Ganache with Vanilla Bean, Chocolatier’s Choice for my Fleur de Sel Caramel and Dark Chocolate for my gold-flecked Bittersweet Chocolate Truffle, which the tasters called a “superstar.”
