My chocolate caramels in a ruby-red bittersweet shell made the front page of the Seattle Times gift guide supplement, which came out on Black Friday, November 25, 2010, receiving top billing in the "Entertaining" section.  Writer Cody Ellerd called my confections "exquisite" and included a full-color photo of my little round gems.
