Another great mention from Edible Seattle in the Binge column of their November/December 2011 issue. “For some, caramel is not complete without salt. We tasted seven salted caramels, and liked Cadeaux Chocolates’ variety best…it’s the best combination of great (Callebaut) bittersweet chocolate and chewy, rich caramel, topped with fleur de sel.”
